What this site is
This site lets you send Texas Motorcars information about a vehicle you want to sell. Sending it starts a conversation. It is not a sale, and it does not commit either of us to anything.
Offers are subject to inspection
Any number we give you is based entirely on the VIN, photographs and description you provide. It is conditional on us inspecting the vehicle in person and confirming that it matches. If the vehicle differs — undisclosed damage, mechanical problems, different mileage, a branded or salvage title — the offer may change or be withdrawn.
Accurate information
You agree that the information and photographs you send are your own, are accurate, and describe a vehicle you have the legal right to sell. Please disclose any lien, loan or title brand up front — we deal with those routinely, and telling us early is what keeps the process quick.
Your photographs
You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. You give us permission to store and use them internally to evaluate and appraise your vehicle. If we buy it, we may use them in listing and marketing that vehicle for resale.
Acceptable use
Please don't submit vehicles you have no intention of selling, upload anything that isn't a photograph of the vehicle, or use automated tools against this site. We rate limit submissions and may decline to work with anyone abusing the form.
Availability
We aim to keep this site working, but we don't guarantee it is always available or error-free. VIN decoding depends on a third-party service and occasionally cannot identify a vehicle. If that happens, call us and we'll do it by hand.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
